8 Simple Fitness Tools to Complete Your At-Home Workout
Since we can't hit up the gym or our favorite yoga class during quarantine, we've had to start working out from home.
The issue for most of us is that we don't have enough space to work up a sweat! However, we firmly believe that as long as you can fit a yoga mat somewhere, you're good to go. All you truly need to complete a great workout is your body, but if you want to take it to the next level, there are some other things you should consider purchasing.
Keep reading for eight simple fitness tools to help you complete all your at-home workouts:
Tone It Up Booty Bands: $9.99
If you've yet to try out resistance bands, they're a total game-changer. The set from Tone It Up is great because they're compact and super easy to use. They're meant for toning your booty and are an absolute fave of the girls at Sweety High. We use them in our workouts, and sometimes even when we're cooking in the kitchen and feel like a little extra booty boost! Just throw them on your ankles or above your knees and step right and left until you get tired.

Body Sport Exercise Ball: $15.99
Having an exercise ball during quarantine is a must. Since most of us are sitting on our butts every day watching Netflix, it's important to change up your seat situation. Even if you're only doing mild movements or none at all, keeping your balance on an exercise ball is a great way to engage your core. We also like sitting on one of these bad boys when lifting small weights and working on our upper bodies.

Bala 1 lb. Bangles: $49
We're seriously obsessed with these arm weights. They're very comfortable and great to use in basically any type of workout. Whether you're doing yoga, going on a walk, working on your core or just about anything else, arm weights are a great addition. They help burn extra fat while also creating more lean muscle, which is probably your goal, anyway!

TKO 15 lb. Kettlebell: $69.99
Kettlebells are a cool and fun addition to your at-home workouts. They're super versatile and great for creating upper-body strength. We think a 15-pound weight is a great starting point for anyone getting into fitness. This particular kettlebell is honestly a miracle because these days, all weights are sold out or on back order! FEIERDUN Pull-Up Bar: $72.99
We know that a pull-up bar might seem super intimidating, but trust us when we say that you can do it! We love this specific pull-up bar because it can be used in the doorway of your choice, and it's easy to set-up. If the thought of pull-ups scares you, opt for doing other exercises like leg raises, dips, crunches and more. This is a definite game-changer.

Stella McCartney x Adidas Yoga Mat: $59
We're willing to bet you already have a yoga mat sitting around the house, but there's no way it's as cute as this collab by Adidas and Stella McCartney! This cutie went into our shopping carts the moment we laid eyes on it. The mat itself is a great length, padded enough to put on a hard surface, and it comes with a strap to bundle it back up.
