Going Outside

Nothing grounds us as much as nature does. A simple walk outside or even sitting down in the grass can clear your head and bring you peace. You can also bring along a book or something to paint—Pure self-care.

Helping Others

Bringing a smile to other people's faces will also bring a smile to yours. Take over a chore from a family member, bake your loved ones cupcakes or help an elderly person carry their groceries. A win-win situation.
