If you're on Beauty TikTok, we're willing to bet you've seen the "siren eyes" trend pop up on your For You page a number of times.
It's such a sexy, sleek look that we needed to know exactly how to do it for ourselves! Helen Phillips, Sephora Collection's National Makeup Artist, was kind enough to give us some detailed tips and tricks. Just keep scrolling to find out how to achieve the TikTok-famous siren eyes makeup look.
All About Siren Eyes:
"Siren eyes are all about drawing you in with an eye look. Liner defines the overall look, but eyeshadow really helps to enhance it by adding shine and smoke. A cat-eye is essential and adding in a hint of liner on the inner corner of the eye and leaving the space over your iris blank creates an elongated eye without making it look narrow. What really makes this different from other eyeliner looks is that you can adapt colors, shapes and depth to enhance your eye. It's really about what you think will draw people in!"

Steps to Achieving Siren Eyes:
Step 1:
"Using a liner like the Sephora Collection Ultimate Gel Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil ($13), draw from the inner corner of your eye down and then draw a cat eye starting from the outermost edge of your lashes upward. This will enhance the length of your eye and give you a lifted effect. Be sure not to line the space between the beginning of your lash line and the start of the cat eye. This will really open it all up."
Step 2:
"Next, you'll want to define your crease. Grab a palette with multiple tones like the Sephora Collection Playlist Eyeshadow Palette ($15) and gently buff a medium-toned shade into your crease and upwards toward your brow. This will help you blend the next shade."

Step 3:
"Then define it further by adding a deep-toned eyeshadow directly into your crease and softly blend. Use a concealer like the Sephora Collection Bright Future Gel Serum Under Eye Concealer ($15) to clean up your lid and set it with a powder like the Sephora Collection Translucent Loose Setting Powder ($15)."
Step 4:
"Complete the look by adding a pop of shimmer directly over your iris. This really draws your eye in and opens your eye space. Top it all off by applying mascara all over the top and bottom lashes focusing on the center lashes. This will open up the eye even further, so you are adding length with liner and opening things up with a shimmer eyeshadow and mascara."
