Did you know that your music-listening habits might correlate with the audiobooks you love to listen to most?

Spotify isn't just for listening to music and podcasts, as they've recently added audiobooks to the platform, and the folks at Spotify recently pulled the data to uncover the most-streamed audiobook trends among music lovers. We have to say we weren't too surprised with the results. Curious about the trends? Just keep scrolling to learn more.

I'm Glad My Mom Died

Jennette McCurdy's memoir, I'm Glad My Mom Died, made waves when it was first released in 2022 due to being equal parts shocking, heart-rending and hilarious, and its audiobook remains one of Spotify's most popular. Its biggest listeners are also fans of Mitski's "My Love Mine All Mine" and KAROL G and Peso Pluma's "QLONA."

Icebreaker

Hannah Grace's college romance novel Icebreaker has been a best-seller since its 2022 release, and its audiobook hasn't lost any steam, either. Co-narrated by Elizabeth Louise and Tim Paige, the audiobook has been extra popular among listeners of Flo Milli's "Never Lose."

A Court of Thorns and Roses

If you've been breezing through Sarah J. Maas's  A Court of Thorns and Roses series on Spotify, you're far from alone. The four core novels (that are out so far) are all available on the platform, and listeners also happen to be big fans of Spotify's Top 50 Global list. Listeners to 64% of the songs on the list also listened to the steamy, high-fantasy romance series—and love for the book series transcends genre, too.

ACOTAR fans also were top listeners of Beyoncé's "Texas Hold 'Em,"  Zach Bryan and Kacey Musgraves' "I Remember Everything," SZA's Snooze, Taylor Swift's "Cruel Summer", Miley Cyrus's "Flowers" and Olivia Rodrigo's "Vampire." It seems like Spotify listeners everywhere just can't get enough of A Court of Thorns and Roses.
