5 Spring Jewelry Trends You’re About to See Everywhere
With a new season comes a new set of trends to try.
From colors, to shapes, to fresh ideas all together, we love testing new styles with the changing of seasons. Whether it's shoes, clothes or accessories, we have so much fun mixing it up.
This year, there are lots of new ideas coming to the table in terms of jewelry. Are you willing to give any of them a try? Keep reading for five spring jewelry trends you're about to see everywhere:
1. Pearls
No, not your grandmother's pearls, but a super chic and grungy style of pearls. These are elevated and can be worn with any outfit or any occasion—meaning you don't have to save them for a wedding or huge event, (aka you'll get a lot of use out of them). Our favorite representation of pearls has to be on dangly earrings. Whether it's a beaded train of pearls dangling down, or an enlarged one attached to a hoop, you can't go wrong with pearls this spring.
2. Chains
Whether it's a mixture of chain necklaces draping from your neck, or one you suspend from your belt loops or a bracelet, chains are in. The chunkier, the better. We love the idea of wearing a mixture of metals and sizes of chains over something like a turtleneck sweater. It's an added embellishment that'll give your ensemble an extra level of pizazz. We're willing to bet your friends will copy your style, so take it as a compliment.
3. Huggies
While we do love our big hoops, sometimes it's fun to rock the micro-version—huggies. These "hug" your earlobe and come in a variation of designs. Some have chains or charms dangling from the hoop, while others are the simple hoop itself. We're here for it all, and TBH, we've already started wearing this trend. If you're feeling a little daring, you can wear your pair of huggies on the same ear for a mix-up!
4. Lariats
Lariats look absolutely incredible when layered with other, shorter necklaces. We especially love the look of a lariat suspending down your bare chest, falling inside your shirt. It leaves an air of mystery and gives out a super dainty vibe. Whether it's a plain lariat or one with all the bells and whistles, it's a trend worth trying this spring.
5. Shoe Jewelry
What is shoe jewelry, you ask? Picture your fave pair of boots, but with a fun chain detail. Sounds interesting, right? It's such an unexpected add-on that we're willing to bet your friends will think you got a new pair of shoes altogether. We're especially loving this chain (pictured below) from East N' West Label. While the bottom half of your outfit will be looking mighty extra, we still think you should dress up the top half with even more jewelry, like a lariat!
