Starbucks Just Revealed When Pumpkin Spice Lattes Are Coming Back This Year
We're supposed to have a month left before autumn begins, but you might as well forget about that: Starbucks is bringing the Pumpkin Spice Latte back next week, and we all know that's the official start of fall.
The coffee chain revealed the start of PSL Season 2018 on Tuesday, USA Today reports. The popular, seasonally spiced beverage will be available beginning Aug. 28, and, as usual, Starbucks locations will sell the lattes for a few months, until their Pumpkin Spice stash is depleted.
This year marks the PSL's 15th anniversary, as USA Today notes. Yes, there once was a dark time when the delicious drink wasn't a fall staple. We all had a taste of it during this year's PSL off-season, and it was difficult, but come Aug. 28, we'll be able to temporarily forget we ever had to go through it. Phew.
Now that we know the official return date, the countdown is on. We can't wait to get our hands on our first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season, even if we're not ready to say goodbye to summer yet.
