7 Artists Who Name Taylor Swift as Their Musical Inspiration

With such an industry-altering career, it's no surprise that many people call Taylor Swift one of their inspirations. She's done so much in the past three decades, from proving that artists can be genre-fluid to showcasing that female musicians don't have an expiration date—and that's only scratching the surface of what she's achieved.

Below, discover seven stars, veterans and newcomers, who name Taylor as one of their biggest influences.

Camila Cabello

Camila Cabello and Taylor go way back. In 2015, she said the Midnights singer's music was "the soundtrack to my life." A few years later, Camila got the opportunity of a lifetime, supporting Taylor on the Reputation World Tour alongside Charli XCX. The pair are still good friends—before dropping Familia in 2021, Camila told Bustle, "Taylor has always been so kind and supportive and also goes out of her way to give you artist advice."
