On our wash days, the blow-drying stage is always the most dreadful. Washing our hair can be relaxing, and it's fun to try new styles, but drying brings only arm pain and boredom, and if you have thick hair, it can take hours to finish.

Infinitipro by Conair Performa Series Hair Dryer: $52.99
The Infinitipro by Conair Performa Series is the best hair dryer on the market for an affordable price. It has all the features of a high-quality dryer—a cold shot button, a removable filter and nearly 2,000 watts of power—and four interchangeable attachments, all for $53. We've never had an issue with it overheating, like most cheap dryers, and it cut our drying time in half. No wonder it has nearly five stars across Amazon and Ulta.
Drybar the Double Shot Oval Blow-Dryer Brush: $155
Drybar is basically the pioneer of the bombshell blowout look—so it would make sense that they'd create the best products to achieve the look at home. This brush is one of the only ones we've ever used that could turn our thick, frizzy hair into a sleek blowout. There's a bit of a learning curve, as with most round brushes, but once you get the hang of it, you'll never want to turn back.

BaBylissPRO Rapido Dryer: $199.99
You can never go wrong with a BaByliss product. We've used BaByliss straighteners for the past decade but never considered incorporating their dryers into our routines. Oh, have we been missing out! As we alluded to earlier, holding a dryer for even half an hour can leave our muscles cramping. This Rapido dryer weighs less than a pound, making it twice as easy to make it through drying without resting our arms. It gets the job done quickly and is one of the only blow dryers we've had that doesn't reverberate through our home. The BaBylissPro Rapido will forever be our go-to dryer.

Everyone knows how great the Dyson Supersonic hair dryer is, but their new Airstraight wet-to-dry straightener is just as good. It uses heatless, high-pressure air technology to combine drying and styling into one seamless stage. As people who religiously wear our hair straight, it's a godsend. We were concerned that the product would only work on fine, straight hair, but it still gives a flawless blowout look, even on the thickest hair.
