6 K-Beauty Skincare Products That Changed Our Beauty Routine

At this point, everyone knows how great Korean beauty is. The makeup is spectacular (and perfect for anyone who doesn't want a dramatic look), and any skincare product is magic in a bottle—it has transformed our skin from intense breakouts to no blemishes at all.

Below, find the six products that rescued our acne-prone skin, from face to wash to sunscreen.

COSRX Acne Pimple Patches: $13.49

We've tried many pimple patches in our day, but the best of the best has to be the COSRX Master Patches. Sometimes when we apply a patch for hours, none of the gunk seems to come out, but without fail, our COSRX patches will bubble with sebum we didn't even know was there.

Innisfree Pore Clearing Clay Mask: $16

As people who often get clogged pores, textured skin and hyperpigmentation, clay masks are our best friend. A lot of the time, the clay can leave our skin feeling tight and dry, but the Innisfree Pore Clearing Mask somehow keeps our skin feeling hydrated and cleared. Plus, it truly keeps our skin feeling less oily for days.

Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun Sunscreen: $18

There are many sunscreens we've tried that have made our skin break out or had a chalky texture we didn't enjoy. This Beauty of Joseon sunscreen, however, is a game-changer. It has the most luxurious, creamy texture of any sunscreen we've owned. We also have a medium skin tone, but still get a white cast from certain creams, and this one just melts flawlessly into your skin. And, of course, it never gave us comedones.

Abib Heartleaf Spot Pad Calming Touch: $22

You've probably heard of the Noxzema Anti-Blemish Pads, which we love. These Abib Heartleaf Spot Calming Pads are like its polar opposite (and we can only imagine what it might be like to use them together). This product works to calm your skin, which is great for anyone with sensitivity or a damaged barrier.

ILLIYOON Ceramide Top to Toe Wash: $24.99

If you suffer from body acne and use a fragranced body wash, you should consider switching to something gentler. As people who've dealt with stubborn body acne for years, it wasn't until we realized our toxic combination of bacteria-hoarding loofahs and harsh body wash made our skin freak out. Switching to a gentle, hypoallergenic soap, namely this ILLIYOON wash, helped clear our skin completely.

Dr.G Red Blemish Clear Soothing Cream: $33

To this day, we're not sure what ingredient it is, but there are many moisturizers that break us out, even the most loved ones. We took a chance on the Dr.G Soothing Cream and are so glad we did. It was the most lightweight, whipped moisturizer we've ever used, and it absorbed so beautifully into our skin. Once we woke up with no breakouts, we knew it would be our new favorite.
