The Best Starbucks Drinks for Anyone Who Doesn’t Consume Caffeine

For non-caffeine drinkers like us, going to a café can be challenging. Trust us—nothing looks more delicious than an iced macchiato from Starbucks, so it pains us that we won't be consuming one any time soon.

Thankfully, the Starbucks menu has expanded over the years, and there are plenty of drink options without caffeine. With the level of customization available, there's an endless number of drinks you can order. Below, we've found five drinks on the menu that are delicious and contain zero caffeine.

Crème-Based Frappuccino

How could you not love a Frappuccino? They're the most customizable drink at Starbucks, and they're great content for social media.

Sadly, Starbucks recently got rid of one of their most iconic créme beverages, the Cotton Candy Frappuccino, but there are still many to love. One of our favorites is the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Cremé Frappuccino. It's the perfect blend of salty and sweet, and the caramel sugar topping adds a satisfying crunch.

Blended Strawberry Lemonade

Is anyone else surprised how long it took Starbucks to add lemonade to their official menu, despite using it in the teas for years? We're not complaining, though. This Blended Strawberry Lemonade was worth the wait.

Starbucks takes its classic lemonade and adds strawberry puree and ice to blend into the most delectable, sour slush you've ever had. However, we're now wondering how good it would be to put strawberry puree in a normal lemonade. Let us know if you try it!

Iced Passion Tango Tea Lemonade

Iced Passion Tango Tea Lemonade is our go-to summer drink.

The Tango tea blends hibiscus, lemongrass and apple, which makes the most fruity, floral and, most importantly, refreshing summertime flavor. It's also one of the "healthiest" drinks on the Starbucks menu, running at only 50 calories and 11 grams of sugar. We have to admit—this drink is so good that we order it even during the winter.

Caramel Apple Spice

If you're seeking an alternative to the Pumpkin Spice Latte, try Starbucks' Caramel Apple Spice. It's steamed apple juice with cinnamon syrup and topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Like most apple ciders, the Caramel Apple Spice has an addicting tart flavor, but the cinnamon syrup gives it this soothing, warm balance. Plus, caramel drizzle makes every drink better.

While we recommend this drink during the fall months, it's another pick we occasionally enjoy during the winter, too.

Vanilla Crème

The Vanilla Crème drink is another one you might not reach for until it's colder outside, but once you have it, you'll be craving it all year round.

It's hot milk with vanilla syrup in whipped cream—it's pretty much a hot frappuccino. To treat it similarly, you can also order Steamed Milk and add the syrups and toppings you desire.

During the holiday season, Starbucks unveils more Crème drinks like Caramel Brulée and Chestnut Praline, but in the meantime, you can still enjoy the Vanilla Crème.
