5 Oreo Flavors We Wish Would Return for National Oreo Cookie Day
Today is an important holiday: National Oreo Cookie Day.
We're shamelessly admitting that there isn't a day we don't eat or otherwise crave the creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookie. Their tiny size makes them addicting and there are so many flavors offered.
Sadly, many of those flavors are retired after a few weeks. To celebrate our love of Oreos, let's take a look back at our top five favorite limited-edition cookies that we only hope will return sooner rather than later.
Berry Oreos
While we haven't tried the Berry Oreos, they sound delicious, and we'd pay a lot of money to experience them. At first, they don't seem like they'd be good. Tart fruit with a cookie? But then we thought about chocolate-covered raspberries—now, it makes a lot of sense. We're predicting it almost tastes like berries and cream plus chocolate.
Candy Corn Oreos
We know candy corn is polarizing, but we support it, even sandwiched between an Oreo cookie. We can recall eating these, and they were not nearly as repulsive as you might expect. The candy corn flavor wasn't overpowering, and the vanilla cookie balanced it well. Sigh! Here's to hoping for the upcoming Halloween season.

Fruity Crisp Oreos
No matter what, we'll always be in the mood for fruit-flavored cereal. We don't care what form it's in, either! That's why we had to include these Fruity Crisp Oreos. It even has colorful rice crips to add that authentic flavor and texture you love. Please, Oreo, we're begging you to bring these back!
Lady Gaga's Chromatica Oreos
Yes, Lady Gaga's Chromatica Oreos tasted like your standard cookie. Do we still want it to return? Absolutely. It's all novelty, but it's adorable. We'd obviously opt for the pink-and-green version anytime someone would offer us an Oreo. Don't even get us started on that shiny chrome packaging.
Strawberry Frosted Donut Oreos
It seems like just yesterday that we had these. Oh, wait. It's because we did have them in 2021. They're gone but never forgotten. We can vividly recall their texture. The strawberry frosting flavor made it sweeter than the usual Oreo, but we loved it.
