5 Ways to Spice Up Your Pedicure
For our entire lives, we've never been that adventurous with our pedicures. At most salon visits, we pick a neutral color and call it a day. However, we're getting bored with the same basic style time after time.
Whether you're no stranger to trying out new looks on your toes or, just like us, you're ready to enter a chapter of equally fun manicures and pedicures, here are five creative ways to spice up your next pedicure. And for extra fun, you can even combine these ideas into one great pedicure.
French Pedicure
If you're fortunate enough to have square-shaped toenails, you must try out a French pedicure at some point. Sadly, we have round-shaped toes, which means we'll need acrylics to achieve a perfect French pedi, but it's worth the cost. It's a classy, timeless style and looks expensive when paired with an open-toed shoe. Plus there's a lot of room for adjustments. For example, you can elevate the look further with a glitter border.

Rhinestones
We probably wouldn't put rhinestones on our toes during the winter to avoid ruining them with our shoes, but we're at the height of sandal season, so it's the perfect time to take advantage of this trend. There's so much versatility here! You can line your toes with rhinestones (or pearls) or keep it simple with a single gem, similar to the attached photo.
Accent Toes
An accent toe is our favorite way to spice up a manicure. The possibilities are endless. You can do something as simple as adding a glitter toe to your average polish or go full out with an eccentric design. Plus, since pedicures are usually so quick (since the beds are small), doing a single accent toe won't increase your time in the chair by much.
Cat Eye
We love cat eye nails on our hands, so we're surprised we've never thought about doing them on our toes. If you've never seen cat eye nails, they involve a glitter polish with a shimmer that shifts depending on where the light hits. We can only imagine the kaleidoscopic effect you'll see while walking with cat-eye toes. This look is definitely next on our list.

Nail Art
You can never go wrong with nail art.
As we previously mentioned, you could do nail art on a single toe, or you can go all out with 10 toes of art. In the past, we've done nail art on our hands and regular polish on our feet, but we're thinking about entering a new era of intricate designs on our toes while keeping it simple on our hands.
