The Most Moisturizing Body Washes for Eczema-Prone Skin

This summer was hard. Even with scorching hot temperatures and high humidity levels, our eczema went crazy. So, as the weather becomes colder and drier, we've been on high alert to ensure our skin is as moisturized as possible.

One imperative way to have your skin feeling good throughout the day is using a deeply hydrating body wash. Fragranced soaps, in particular, can be very aggravating because of the alcohol. No need to fret, though—here are five soaps you can purchase that contain zero fragrance or ingredients to soothe eczema-prone skin.

Dove Beauty Body Love Eczema-Prone Skincare Cleanser: $8.39

Dove is always one brand that we enjoy using. Even with their fragranced products, they compound it with other beneficial ingredients to keep it gentle for all skin types. Now, they're taking it to a higher level with a soap specifically meant for those with eczema. It, of course, has no fragrance and includes oatmeal, which is known to pacify itchy, dry patches.

Native Unscented Body Wash: $9

If your biggest aggravator for eczema is fragrance, you can keep it simple with an unscented body wash. Native uses a small number of ingredients, so you know exactly what you're putting on your skin—and they're all clean.

Aveeno Fragrance-Free Skin Relief Body Wash: $12.48

When we struggle most with eczema, we always use Aveeno Skin Relief. This miracle body wash has triple oats (flour, extract and oil) to give you renewed skin that is clean and hydrated. We can tell you by experience—after using this consistently, you won't see any new patches arise, and the inflamed areas will return to normal.

ILLIYOON Ceramide Ato 6.00 Top to Toe Wash: $24.99

ILLIYOON's Top to Toe wash is one of the best to use once you resolve your eczema. It's gentle (formulated for babies) and does a stellar job of leaving your skin soft after washing. While we can't say this wash fixed our eczema, we can say that it kept new spots from showing up.

The ceramide soap is also good for anyone who isn't ready to give up fragrance. It never angered our skin, and we love its light scent.

Skinfix Eczema+ Foaming Oil Body Wash: $27

For a most luxurious experience, Skinfix offers an eczema oil body wash. It uses aloe vera juice and jojoba, two of the most effective ingredients to calm furious skin. The soap also offers a blend of other favored oils, such as sunflower and apricot kernel, to further hydrate your body.
