-Tori Caro

2. Her most overused word is "werk!"

"It's a common phrase to use in the dance world when you see choreo or trick that impresses you. However, I find myself saying it in situations like sports where people aren't as familiar with the phrase. I'll just get excited about a really good play and yell 'werk!'"

3. Her most-used emojis are the laughing ones ????

"I try to surround myself with people who find humor in all things and who love to laugh."

-Tori Caro

4. Her current favorite style trend is totally retro.

"I love the '90s revival of baggy jeans and sweatshirts and the renovation of those styles like how @Justinstyle redesigns and recombines thrift buys into cool threads. People are so talented."

-Tori Caro

5. She says it shocks people, but she can sing as low as Luke Combs in "Better Together."

6. She'd love to live in the fictional world of Harry Potter.

"How cool would that be to go to Hogwarts, practice magic, drink butterbeer and ride brooms to play Quidditch?"

-Tori Caro

7. She relates to Anna from Frozen most out of all of the Disney characters.

"She finds the silver lining in situations and is always trying to believe in and bring out the good; even when things aren't looking so promising. She believes in the power of love and the sisters' power within. Anna loves family and doesn't let circumstances stop her. When Elsa wants to hide from herself and the world, Anna reminds her to use her gifts and talents to help the people you love."

8. Her go-to karaoke song is anything and everything from High School Musical, but she has some other picks, too.

"My singing solo song would be 'Put Your Records On' or 'Before He Cheats' and duet song would be 'Everything Has Changed.'"

9. If she could pick anyone from history to be her mentor, it would be Gary Marshall.

"His movies teach us to not settle no matter what situation you are in. He can take seemingly unpopular life situations and turn them into a fairytale. He leaves us inspired, hopeful and makes us laugh and cry at the same time."

-Tori Caro

10. She's a very sporty gal.

"I love to play golf.  it's such a mental challenge with both strategy and nerves. Dance really has helped me with the sport because of the discipline of form and movement. I also love watching sports, especially baseball, basketball and volleyball. My family is active and I grew up watching high school, college, and pro sports and supporting friends and family who play.

What I love about watching sports with family and friends of course is the camaraderie and friendly rivalry. What I have learned is the game isn't over until it is over. So many times when celebrating a win starts early and in the last seconds the other team can come back and suddenly my dad is marching around the house and singing 'we are the champions' taunting my mom!"

11. Tori says that the faith that she has a purpose in life, as well as determination and resilience, make her who she is.

"There are so many talented and smart people in this world and so many paths to make dreams come true. I believe persistence is what separates the dreamers and doers. The essential partner to that is resilience. My reaction to obstacles, failures and no's is under my control. A 'no' can mean it's simply not meant for me or not at this moment. I truly believe I must do what I love and that if I endure setbacks that what I end up doing is connected to my purpose."
