Ultracor Is the Luxe, Influencer-Favorite Fitness Apparel Line You Need to Know About
I love showing up to the gym in workout gear that makes me feel and look good.
It gives me more motivation to kick booty and actually get myself to the gym. If I were to wear ratty old gym clothes, I highly doubt I'd ever show my face. Part of that is because I live for a fashion moment and die for style—so why would I give that up when I'm working out?
Lucky for me, athleisure brands sometimes send me sets to try out for myself, and among them is Ultracor. When they reached out to me to try out a set, I hopped on that train real quick. Their pieces are made with super high quality, performance fabrics, and I couldn't wait to get my hands on them. Below, you'll find my full review of Ultracor's adorable "Tangled" set.

The Workout Set

When my brand-spanking-new Ultracor set arrived in the mail, I'll be honest—I thought the design looked way too "out there" for me. In fact, I didn't even try it on for a week, and when I did, I mentally kicked myself for not putting it on sooner. You know how they say some things just look "off" on a hanger, but once you put it on, it looks fire? That's exactly how this set was for me.
Before I even get into the fit—let's talk about the design of the set. It's all black featuring white squiggly lines, dubbed "tangled." It's very avant-garde and reminds me of a piece of art. Not to mention—it's placed on the bra and leggings in such a methodical way that it makes your body look totally snatched. It elongates my legs and gives me the toned look I love.
The best part of this set is the fit—without a doubt. I have absolutely zero complaints when it comes to the sports bra—it's tight, sucks me in and provides me with ample support. The thick straps enable me to get in a high-intensity workout without overworking my girls. It's comfortable and doesn't dig into my skin like a lot of other sports bras do!

Then there are the leggings. OMG, I can't even begin to describe to you how incredibly stunning these are. The ultra-high waisted fit is perfect for me and my needs. It rests perfectly above my belly button and gives me a tight little squeeze with the waistband, but not too much that it gives me a weird muffin top. No—instead it enhances my hour-glass figure.
But the best part has to be the built-in underwear. Yep—you read that right. I've only ever seen built-in panties inside of workout shorts, so I was surprised to find them here. I'm typically one to go commando when I wear leggings, so I wasn't sure how I was going to like it. But it is a total game-changer. It's comfy, doesn't give me a wedgie or camel-toe and provides me with an extra layer of comfort I've come to adore. The material is silky-smooth and I honestly forget it's even there most of the time.

Bottom Line
If you have the means to splurge on a high-end workout set like this one, I couldn't recommend Ultracor more. I know, I know—$198 for a pair of leggings might seem absurd to some people, but once you try them for yourself you will understand why they're priced that way. I know I sure didn't get it until I got a pair! They're seriously worth every penny and have not only changed my workout game, but how I feel when I look in the mirror. And confidence is something that money just can't buy (or so I thought)!
