How to Pull Off Yellow Eyeliner Like a Pro

In case you haven't gotten the memo, it's all about mustard this season.

From mellow yellow suits, to statement accessories, to dresses and makeup, daisy hues are all the rage right now.

I was recently gifted the DiorShow On-Stage Liner in Matte Yellow and immediately wanted to test out the look.

Given that I'm a redhead, I was at first wary of this color trend—would I look like ketchup and mustard and totally clash? I decided to try a medium-thick cat-eye with super fresh skin. When you're trying out a bold color, it's best to keep everything else simple, otherwise you'll look really overdone.

First thought: This eyeliner pen is amazing. I want to get it in classic black because honestly, I've never used an eyeliner liquid pen that is so precise, easy to get straight and dries super fast.

Second thought: This color is amazing! I'm clearly very fair-skinned and have bright red hair, but I think this yellow liner will work on so many skin tones. I can imagine it really popping against darker skin and making really light eyes pop. It sounds crazier than it is, too. I actually decided to keep it on and run the rest of my errands.
