Emblem3’s Wesley Stromberg Chats Forever Together!

Brothers Wesley and Keaton Stromberg make up the band Emblem3, which rose to fame after finishing fourth on the second season of The X Factor. Wesley recently spoke with us about the band's new direction and EP, Forever Together!

"These past few months have been a train of events and have all made us grow up into stronger more dedicated people," Wes explained. "We've realized that nothing lasts forever on its own. It's up to you to keep yourself and the ones around you motivated and focused."

The experience has brought brothers Wesley and Keaton closer than ever before, not only with each other, but with their fan base, too.

"Keaton and I couldn't be better business partners," he said. "We both share the same vision and dream, and the sound has matured so much and will continue to grow as we do!"

The new EP, Forever Together, released on October 27 and consists of five tracks.

"The theme for the album is just to be as raw as possible," Wes said. "We recorded and produced everything ourselves. We really just wanted people to hear our voices and connect."

He said that each and every track on the new EP is very special to him.

"They all have their individual messages that speak to me," he said. "If I was to choose a favorite I might say 'Forever Together.' It was soo spontaneous and just felt soo right."

The name Forever Together is a tribute to the band's fans.

"Their love and support means everything to us and everything we do is for them," he said. "We will be 'Forever Together.'"

The brothers hope that they can keep making music together for years to come.

"Performing is my church," Wes said. "It is my therapy, it is my purpose. Touring is sooo much fun and I thank God every single day that I get to do what I do!"

He said it's been incredible getting the chance to travel and meet with devoted fans from across the globe.

"I'm the luckiest guy in the world," he said. "All I can say is that I truly am forever grateful for everything all the Emblems do! They are my life. They are the best friend that's always there, the loving father with words of wisdom, the nurturing mother and the sister that I will always stand up to protect! I'm just happy to have them all in my life."
