What 💯 Means
The 💯 emoji is a pretty versatile emoji with positive connotations all around. As the perfect score mark suggests, it can be used to celebrate achievements, but this goes beyond academics and can apply to things like sports and life milestones as well.
It can also be used as a statement of approval, agreement or support, with 💯 standing in for everything from "I agree" to "absolutely" and "yes." The widest use, however, may have to do with the idea of keeping it 100, which we'll explain below.

Keeping It 💯
"Keeping it 100" is a slang phrase that refers to keeping it real, or staying true to who you really are. It implies authenticity and integrity, and if someone says you keep it 100, that's a huge compliment. Basically, you're being 100% you—your whole self—and they're asking you not to change or compromise for anything.
On the other hand, there are people who don't keep it 100. They might be called out for being fake, changing themselves to fit in with the crowd or going against their morals to get what they want. Obviously, you don't want to be that person.

💯 From a Crush
We couldn't say that the 💯 is particularly flirtatious or romantic, but if your crush sends it your way, that's at least a sign that you're friendly.
