Fourth Wing's Sequel, Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros

On Nov. 7, Rebecca Yarros' most-anticipated release will finally be in our hands. If you haven't already, get started on the series now by reading the first book in the series, Fourth Wing. It tells the story of Violet Sorrengail, an aspiring dragon rider and daughter of the commanding general, who is both fragile and highly intelligent. That makes her an easy target, especially for the late rebellion leader's son, Xaden Riorson. Many first-years may die trying to survive "threshing," a year-long test to weed out the weak candidates, and the one true test to see who is strong enough to become a dragon rider.

Iron Flame follows the success of Violet's first year in the academy, which she surprisingly survives. Now, she is faced with an even more threatening rival, the new vice commandant. The story follows the enemies-to-lovers trope while also adding more deathly obstacles for her to face. See what is yet to come for the delicate Violet and her training as a dragon rider as she uncovers shocking leadership secrets.

Love Interest by Clare Gilmore

On Oct. 10, the debut of Love Interest will leave the world swooning with the likes of two coworker enemies, Casey Maitland and Alex Harrison. Casey is working with the finance department at LC Publications with aspirations of applying for the project manager position she's always dreamed of. That is, until the job is given to Alex, the board chairman's son, without a second thought. Now, the two are expected to work alongside each other on mutual projects.

We also love that the book is set in 2023, which means we can experience watching the relationship of these two enemies blossom into something truly magnetic in real time.

Peaches and Dreams by Juliette Cross

Juliette Cross has released another brilliant book to follow her Green Valley Heroes series, and though Peaches and Dreams is meant to be the fourth book, it can also be read as a standalone for those who aren't familiar with the previous stories.

It begins when the independent and moody single dad, Wade Kelley, develops feelings for Marly "Mad Marly" Rivers, a woman considered crazy for her dream of winning the local moonshine competition and opening her own distillery. This meaty and alluring romance story will make you wish it never ended. Even better, the book's universe doesn't stop here thanks to  the rest of Juliette Cross's Green Valley Heroes series, as well as the Green Valley Chronicles and Penny Reid Book Universe.
