Who Else Needs A “Hunger Games” Rewrite From Peeta’s Perspective?
Did you know Disney is releasing a live action movie from Prince Charming's point of view? Few things are better than a brand new take on a beloved story, and we've been wondering which of our favorite YA books would be even better with a new perspective. If anything, we'd get to read them all a second (or third or fourth) time, and who doesn't want that?
The Harry Potter series starring Draco Malfoy
Draco Malfoy is one of those bad guys we just love to hate. Watching him go from a whiney daddy's boy to a complex person with actual feelings was amazing, but it'd be even better if we could really get into his head. Even if most of the book iis just him complaining to his father about Harry Potter and his crew.
The Angelfall series starring Paige OR Penryn's Mother
Penryn's journey to rescue her sister is exciting enough, but what about her sister, Paige? She goes through quite the ordeal getting kidnapped by angels and all, and we'd love to hear what she has to say about it. Their mother is another story entirely. Having schizophrenia in the apocalypse must be scary, but is Penryn's mother crazy or does she know more than she's letting on?
The Gone series starring Constance Temple
Most of this series takes place in the FAYZ, a giant dome where all adults have disappeared and children are developing terrifying powers. Throughout the series we get the feeling that lead character Sam's mother, Constance, has just a little bit something to do with this. What's she doing outside the dome? That's what we'd like to know!
The Daughter of Smoke and Bone series starring Liraz
There's no shortage of interesting characters in this series, but we're huge fans of Akiva's crazy sister, Liraz. An angel warrior, this girl is pretty much out of her mind in the best way, and her character development is totally stellar. Oh to be in that girl's head… would be scary. But awesome.
The Hunger Games series starring Primrose OR Peeta
Between The Hunger Games and Mockingjay, Prim goes from timid girl hiding in the crowd to awesome medic fighting to save whomever she can. But when did this happen? Unfortunately, Katniss was too busy trying not to die to notice, but we'd love to know. Peeta also goes through quite the transformation, and since we're totally Team Peeta, of course we'd like to hear his side of the story.
