When to Expect the Next Season of All Your Favorite Television Series

We'll be among the first to admit that we prefer television series over movies. There's much more room to develop a character, and who doesn't love being able to spend their whole day binge-watching something? But after every binge, there's that urgent craving for another season, and in today's climate, it might be years before we actually get another season.

Thankfully, it's been enough time for some of our favorite series to be (over)due for another season. Keep scrolling to see which shows are arriving soon or if you might be in a holding pattern for a few more months.

Never Have I Ever

As people who religiously been following the story of Devi Vishwakumar, we are ecstatic to tell you that the final season of Never Have I ever dropped this morning. And we just have to let you know we are definitely Team Ben. Sorry, Paxton!

Stranger Things

Isn't it "strange" to think about how we've pretty much grown up with the cast of Stranger Things? At the premiere of the show, most of the actors were preteens. Now, almost all of them are in their twenties.

Unfortunately, the fifth season of Stranger Things will also be the final one. We don't have a release date, but they're rumored to begin filming this year, so it seems like we won't see the new episodes until 2024 or 2025.

Ginny & Georgia

The Season 2 finale of Ginny & Georgia had us screaming, and the fact that we don't have an official release date for Season 3 pains us. But we do have some good news to deliver: on May 17, Netflix renewed the series for two more seasons.

Euphoria

Euphoria should receive an award simply for how long it takes to release new episodes. The first season launched in 2019, but it wasn't until 2022 that we saw the following season. HBO Max hasn't given an exact date for Season 3, but the plans are to release in 2025.

The Summer I Turned Pretty

Hold tight! The second season of The Summer I Turned Pretty will arrive on July 14. The first season blessed us with another track from 1989 (Taylor's Version), and Taylor Nation sent a tweet calling Swifties to make their dream Taylor Swift playlist for the series earlier today. Could this mean more new music from Taylor will be featured in the show?

XO, Kitty

Okay, it's probably a little too soon to be thinking about the next season of XO, Kitty, but the show is that good. Currently, we're not even sure if the show will have a second season, but Ginny & Georgia showrunner Sarah Lampert revealed that Netflix likes to wait 30 days before making any decisions. Hopefully, we'll have an update for you within the next few weeks.

Wednesday

As of right now, we don't have an official release date for Wednesday, but Netflix did confirm a second season is coming. Over the weekend, Jenna Ortega revealed that the show is "ditching any romantic love interest" and "leaning into horror." Sounds like Jenna will be one step closer to being this generation's ultimate scream queen.
